Rare feuille d'éventail non montée et portant le numéro "C.8", imprimée sur papier et rehaussée à la gouache, Figurant le cortège funéraire du clergé.
Il est à noté que cette feuille, connue et conservée au Musée Carnavalet à Paris, est traité en camaïeu de gris, et non rehaussé aux couleurs patriotiques comme à l'habitude. Ce traité, à la façon de l'ancien régime (deuil officiel) est ici paradoxal, ou alors au second degré ...

 “Funerals of the France Clergy, dead at the National Assembly on November, the 2^nd 1789”
Rare unmounted fan leaf referenced as “C8”, printed and underlighted with gouache. It represents the funeral cortege of the clergy.
We can note that this leaf, known and conserved at the Carnavalet museum in Paris, is coloured with a grey camaieu and underlighted and not with  the patriotic colours as usual. This mourning treaty of the leaf (official mourning) is here paradoxical or to take in the second degree…
